Who we are
Dental Medellin (dentalmedellin.co) is an independent informational website about dental care in Medellin, Colombia, operated as part of the Colombia Medical network. Contact: andy@colombiamedical.co.
What we collect
Contact form and WhatsApp inquiries. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email, phone, travel origin, the procedure you're interested in, and your message. When you contact us via WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to send, handled under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, approximate location, device type). GA4 sets cookies and processes data under Google's privacy policy. We do not sell analytics data.
Health-related information
Messages about dental needs may include health-related details. Only share what you're comfortable sharing. We use inquiry details solely to respond to you and, where you ask us to, to help you connect with licensed dental providers. We are not a healthcare provider and are not subject to HIPAA; information you share with a clinic directly is governed by that clinic's own policies and Colombian data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012) where applicable.

Data retention and your rights
